1. Statutes for the society Friends of the Archaeological Textiles Newsletter  were adopted by the present at the first general meeting.
2. Ulla Mannering, Eva B. Andersson Strand and Margarita Gleba were elected for the board.
3. Marie-Louise Nosch was elected as auditor, Laurits H. Gregersen as substitute auditor.
